RESTECH ACC 009 RX is a highly concentrated organic emulsion cleaner. Renders surface oil-repellent. Maintains and stabilizes air cooler efficiency at maximum. Saves time, maintenance costs and avoids risk of damage when dismantling. No harmful effects on engine. Product in water solution in non-flammable and non-explosive. It can also be used for removal of light carbon from machinery parts.

Applications

For effective cleaning of air coolers, scavenging air systems, and turbochargers of diesel engines.

RESTECH 501

RESTECH 501 is a superior & powerful alkaline buffer cleaner containing corrosion inhibitors to prevent the corrosion of metals. It is a low-toxic product with an exceptional solvency power on soiled & oily matter with good foaming qualities. It is free from hydrocarbon solvents, bio-degradable and minimizes the extreme hazards to personal while handling materials. Can be used for all types of cleaning and degreasing and may be applied by brush, handspray , high and low pressure washing machine etc. leaves surface residue free.

Depending on contamination 50-200 ml per 10 liters of water. Of water. i.e 200ml to a bucket of water.

RESTECH CDC 1003

RESTECH CDC 1003 is a highly concentrated carbon cleaner. It is non-corrosive, low toxic, and very gentle on hand as well as to the environment.

Applications

For removal of carbon deposits from heat exchanges, burner tips, fuel injectors, and any components fouled by carbon, resin, or varnish. Also suitable for the oil side of fuel & lube oil, heat exchange etc. can be used for cleaning engine parts like pistons, piston rings, voles, and valve cages.

Does

Depending upon the deposition either concentrated or diluted.

If used diluted use I part concentrate to 2-10 parts of water to yield a very effective end product. The components and machine parts are then dipped into the solvent/solution for 30 min to 1hr. Heavy deposition may need 12-24 hours with mechanical agitation or air blowing.

Note

Non-evaporation prevents loss of chemical.

RESTECH CTR 1004

RESTECH CTR 1004 is heavy-duty solution of emulsifiers and pending agents which is useful for bitumen, asphalt and coaltar cleaning.

Applications

Fast acting and effective to remove coaltar from surface. RESTECH CTR 1004 functions via a unique dual mechanism. The penetrating agent with coaltar/bitumen/Asphalt containing components whilst the other part reacts with particles and emulsifies for water mixing.

RESTECH OB 1005 / 1006

RESTECH OB 1005 is a formulation blended from inorganic, organic compounds and detergents with powerful dispersing agents. Readily soluble in water in all proportions. It is non-corrosive to metal like copper. Aluminum, mild steel, and plastic. It is non-toxic which makes handling easy.

Applications

Complete removal of dirt, oil, carbonised grease, heavy oil, gum, vegetable oil, lube, oil, soot, asphalt, carbon stains etc. Gives clear finish to the surface. Excellent for use as a wash for fuel tankers & as a liquid steam jenny compound.

RESTECH GC 1010

RESTECH GC 1010 An effective mixture of cleansing paste Excellent for us on any hard surface simply apply to surface, allow to stand, and finally wash with RESTECH SB 1006.

Applications

For the removal of unsightly graffiti. Obscenities or other marking from marble, bricks, terrazzo, metal, etc.

Procedure

Apply to surface, allow to stand for several minutes, agitate and wash with RESTECH SB 1006 (Degreaser Liquid Alkaline).

The material will remove point. Not to be used on painted surfaces

RESTECH OD 1012

RESTECH OD 1012 is a bio-degradable water-based product with excellent efficiency and low toxicity with superior penetration. This product is specially designed for complete emulsification of oil by which subsequent dispersion takes place.

RESTECH RW 1014 (Liquid / Powder)

RESTECH RW 1014 is a heavy-duty water-based cleaner for use with high-pressure cleaning machines, ideal for difficult cleaning problems faced in industrial and other plants.

Applications

For use in tank cleaning or general degreasing of engine rooms, cargo holds, refrigerated rooms, etc. it can be used with either hard or soft water.

RESTECH CB 2006 has a unique feature that dissociates slop to separate oil and water.

Applications

Does

For light contamination dilute with water in the ratio of 1:20. For medium contamination dilute with a Petrosolvent, And for heavy contamination concentrated CB 2006 is suggested.

RESTECH AB 3003 is a new technology surfactant (high solvency and emulsification effect) with corrosion inhibitors and rust preventives. Being free from caustic. Applications

RESTECH CWT NB 4001

RESTECH CWT NB is a unique formulation with organic corrosion inhibitors, and antiscalants for use in high Or low-temperature closed cooling water systems for the prevention of corrosion and scale formation in internal combustion engine. Compressors and DG sets. Protects, ALL metals including cost iron, mild steets and copper. Recommended ppm levels are easily controlled by standard RESTECH test kit Nitrite / chiorids

Applications

Prologs the life of the equipment by keeping it scale and corrosive free since CWT 4001 is alkaline, it will suppress acid corrosion, which would otherwise result in severe pittings. It improves cooling efficiency by maintaining clean heat transfer surfaces.

RESTECH BG 4003

RESTECH BG 4003 (Fouling Preventing Liquid) is a very effective, amino dispersing cleaner for the control of fouling by marine growth such as algae, shellfish, mussels, barnacles and organism and fungal growth in the seawater side of cooling systems. Dua to its molecular film forming properties, it also acts as a corrosion inhibitor.

Applications

It should be preferably be started on a system since it is formulated to prevent growth rather than remove existing growth.
