Refund Policy
We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances the order is not shipped then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc the refund is processed. The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons :
- The specific product/model is out of Stock.
- The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.
- The shipping address is not serviceable.
- Any other reason beyond the control of Restech Technologies.
- The orders may be cancelled post shipment and delivery due to any of the following reasons :
- Established defect in the product which the seller is not able to either replace or repair.
- Correct product could not be delivered.
- Shipping address found to be untraceable, wrong, incomplete, locked and customer not available.
- Customer refused to take the delivery, refund would not be applicable.
- Products damaged during transit and delivery not accepted.
Caution : Please do not accept delivery of any item whose packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.
Conditions
The refund shall be processed only after the product is shipped back and received by Bholanath.
Need to attach a note along with the product returned for refund. The note should clearly state your name and address, contact number, and order number. Describe the problem in your own words. Without your order details processing refund / replacement would not be possible.
The order returned must accompany all the accessories which were sent along with the order else the cost of the accessories shall be recovered from the refund amount.
Any charges levied as tax is not eligible for refund.
Refund Process

The customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, warranty terms, etc and shall take the request for refund or exchange
Ensure to collect the return address from Restech Technologies customer care.
Pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, return address and your address.
Follow the instructions of customer care carefully for packaging and returning the product using courier services.
Ensure that the awb / tracking number is shared with Restech Technologies customer care.
The order shall be considered for refund only if Restech Technologies receives the product in undamaged condition [there should be no scratches, no dents etc.]
Caution : Please ensure to pack the product properly before handling it over to courier.
Exclusion
A refund can be refused if the following conditions are met.
The product is completely broken and unusable or with scratches or incomplete as per the seller claims from the customer.
The product is returned beyond the required return date or you have not informed us about the concern during the warranty period.
Any other product which Restech Technologies deems fit from time to time.
Please Note
On cancellation of an order, you are entitled to receive refund based on pay mode table plus the shipping charges.
Restech Technologies is not liable to pay any penalty or compensation to the customer for cancellation of any order, for reason mentioned above.

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Restech Technologies. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order Refund processed through Credit card / Debit card will reflect in the next Credit Card/ Bank statement.
Refund Cheque will be issued in the billing name unless otherwise advised by customers.
In case the refund Cheque is lost by customer, Cheque will be reissued in15 days on the receipt of affidavit.
In case of incorrect name on the refund Cheque, a new Cheque will be reissued in 15 days on the receipt of original Cheque from the customer.
If your refund doesn't appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact customer care for further assistance.
Return Policy
All products sold by Restech Technologies are manufactured in India and are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition and monitored by a very careful quality control.
All our products are protected by a 15 Day Return Policy which guarantees a 50% refund if in unused conditions. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 15 days and are entitled for 50% refund, if it is in new and unused condition.
The items must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure 50% credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of usage, wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
Shipping Delivery Policy
Restech Technologies is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame(7-14 working days). We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
Terms & Condition
- Programming and Commissioning if required, charges extra @ Actuals.
- Incase Engineer visit is required then Engineer Visit Charges @2000 per day, To and fro air travel and hotel stay charges have to be borne by the buyer.
- Packing & Forwarding @ 3% extra on which GST is applicable.
- Freight extra @ Actuals on which GST is applicable.
- Payment terms : 100% along with the order against Proforma invoice.
- Delivery Period : Exstock 3-4 days and For items not in stock 2 weeks from the date of receipt of payment.
- Cancellation charges : 80% of confirmed order value.
- GST extra @ 18%. Please provide GST No. with P.O.
- Warranty : 1 year from the date of Invoice against manufacturing defects.
- Validity : 30 days from date.

Waiver of Liability
Description
Restech Technologies 's general policy does not recommend the use of its products in unapproved and improper applications wherein a failure or malfunction of the product may directly endanger life or cause injury. The user of Restech Technologies 's products, assumes all risks and liabilities, arising from the use of Restech Technologies 's products and indemnifies Restech Technologies against all damages.
The receiver/purchaser ("Client") has agreed to order and or use various products (the "Products") from Restech Technologies ("Restech"). By accepting to use and order or purchase the Products, Client agrees to be bound by the terms of this Waiver.
Release of Liability & Limitation of Liability
Client acknowledges that the Products are of a industrial nature, have not been subject to non- regulation and or non-industry testing and are subject to changes, including but not limited to, design, claims, physical properties, availability, pricing, packaging, etc.
Client further acknowledges that the improper use of the Products could result in damage of client’s or Third-party's equipment/parts/material/process including but not limited to, production down time, loss of Third-party contract, equipment stoppages, damage, discoloration, corrosion, process system failure, etc. Improper use of Products beyond Restech's recommendations could result in health hazard, injury and/or loss of life.
Client agrees to indemnify Restech, defend Restech , and hold Restech harmless for all liabilities incurred or alleged as a result of or arising out of the improper use of the Products.
Proprietary Information
Client agrees not to reverse engineer or attempt to copy the design or the underlying information of the Products or to send Products out to third party without written approval from Restech
Warranty
Restech warrants that the Products will arrive undamaged and made in accordance to the Products specifications when received by Client.
In the event that the Products are damaged upon receipt, Client shall notify Restech and ship the damaged Products back to Restech. Restech will send, at RESTECH 's sole discretion, either a replacement Product or a full/partial refund, within one hundred and eighty days. This Warranty shall be effective for returns received within thirty days of the initial delivery of the Products. Restech will not accept a return for any other reason.
Because the Products are specially-made, and are standard/prototype it is the Client's responsibility to ensure that the Products have manufacturing/process compatibility and all considerations necessary before purchasing the Products.
Severability
The unenforceability of any portion of this Waiver shall not render the remainder of the Waiver invalid or unenforceable.
Acceptance
Client will be deemed to have accepted this Waiver by sampling/using/testing/evaluating and/or ordering/purchasing Products designated as such “Product or Prototype or Sample or Trial” and/or whose description includes a link to this waiver and states that purchase constitutes acceptance. Restech will at its sole discretion further require Client to sign a copy of this waiver when deemed necessary.
